Heidi Appel serves as the Administrative Director of the Coalition. She is primarily responsible for grant and fiscal management and executing the programs that align with the Coalition’s goals and objectives.

SOCIAL HOSTING LAW IN SD BROCHURE
The Spink County Coalition operates under a Partnership Grant through the Department of Social Services. With these monies several programs are funded:
- PROJECT SUCCESS: Project SUCCESS is designed to prevent and reduce substance use and abuse among adolescents and high school students. See more
- COALITION CAPACITY: The Coalition seeks new partners to be representative of Spink County including parents, youth, business owners, law enforcement, school personnel, and the faith community.
